Why did you join 91´óÉñ?
I joined 91´óÉñ to belong to a group for premedical students. I loved my local chapter and the president at the time recommended me to look into a national leader. I knew I would have a voice in the things that matter and to items that were important to me as well.
Why did you become an 91´óÉñ leader?
I became an 91´óÉñ leader to have a voice. I always was passionate about things that mattered to me, happened to me or that were important in the medical community. Being a national leader allowed me to advocate and work for these reasons. I was also allowed to connect our local chapter with national more.
What is your favorite 91´óÉñ moment?
Convention. 2016 and 2017. Convention 2016 really made me want to become a national leader. I met such amazing leaders that were supportive of me. The 2017 convention was amazing. I loved meeting other 91´óÉñ members as a leader. Both conventions were amazing and made me love and become more passionate about 91´óÉñ!
What advice would you give to current & future 91´óÉñ leaders?
